Homework 23.11.2020

Google Classroom
​All homework will be set on Google Classroom. 
This is an easier platform for submitting work directly to me. This means that you will not need to send work via the school email. 
Your child has been given their username and password. 
They have been accessing the program in class. 
This week we will be completing work on Google Classroom. 
If you are unable to access the program at home or complete work on a laptop or computer please let me know by sending the school an email.
I will still be using our class blog to upload documents and celebrate homework submitted.

Maths Fluency
​I would like to say a big thank you to all the children who actively complete their maths fluency daily.
I can see such a huge difference in class already.
Keep it up! 

I would like to remind you about how important it is to practise your times tables on the TTRS website /app at home. I check your fluency daily every morning.

This week, we will be moving onto the 9 times tables in class. 
You may notice that on the TTRS app you may have particular times tables to focus on. 
Please continue with this.

Topic: Geography
In Topic this term, we will be learning about different types of weather.
This week, I would like you to research extreme weathers. Research into different types of extreme weather and countries that have been affected by severe weather.
Remember to write in full sentences and give some explanations as to why you think extreme weather occurs.
You might want to research into: Storms Tornadoes / Hurricanes Heatwave Drought Earthquakes
