Here is your home learning for this week.
 
Here are the five words to look at and learn, these will help with your reading and writing in class. Do not forget to make some sentences using your high frequency words.  Read your reading book as well.  Remember to read from left to right and point to each word as you read them. Look at the pictures and tell the story.  Speak in full sentences. 
 
Continue to practise writing your name.  Do not forget a capital letter for the first letter and lowercase letters for the rest. 
 
We are learning another five phonic sounds.  Watch Mr T’s phonics videos for the sounds we are learning this week.

Try and read every day for about 10 minutes – this may just be looking at a few pages. Talk about what you can see and why things are happening.   Reading isn’t just about reading the words on the page, it’s all about understanding what the story is trying to tell us.

• Can you count up to 6 objects in different arrangements by touching each object as you count and say the numbers?
• Can you count out 6 object from a large set of objects?
