Homework week beginning 19/10/20

Here is your home learning for this week.
 
Try and read every day for about 10 minutes – this may just be looking at a few pages. Talk about what you can see and why things are happening.   Reading isn’t just about reading the words on the page, it’s all about understanding what the story is trying to tell us.
 
Revise all the numbers from 0 to 5. Can you count forwards and backwards to 5?  Can you count up to 5 objects in different arrangements by touching each object as you count and say the numbers? Can you count out 5 objects from a large set of objects?  
 
Practise all the high frequency words you have been given to look at and learn this week, these will help with your reading and writing in class.  We have also been looking at rhyming words for example cat, bat, hat, sat, fat.  What words rhyme with dog or hen?
