The Science Museum visit St Agnes!

8/3/2019

Today the Science Museum came into school.

Nursery, Reception and Year 1 had the privilege of watching a bubble show.

What we learnt (Year 1):
  • "Bubbles cannot just be made from water, you have to put soap in the mixture." (Opal)
  • "Bubbles can only be shaped like a sphere, they do not like corners." (Archie)
  • "When you put helium in a bubble it doesn't fall to the ground it goes up in the air." (Rose)
  • "All other bubbles fall to the ground." (Louie)

We thought the bubble show was amazing!

"I liked the show because they made bubbles and they were massive and stretchy." (Paris)

"I liked the show because they put immense bubbles around people." (Erin)

World Book Day

7/3/2019

Here are some photos from World Book Day, where the children came to school dressed as their favourite book characters. All the children looked fantastic! Thank you to all the parents for their help with costumes.
