This last fortnight, St. Agnes were blessed with the birth and arrival of 4 beautiful ducks! Out of the six original eggs that were delivered in an incubator, sadly, only four hatched! We decided, that in keeping with the tradition of our faith, we had a beautiful, peaceful funeral in nursery. Our thoughts and prayers are with the ducks that are now in heaven with all of God's creatures who are no longer with us on earth. We would like to announce the arrival of baby ducklings: 1. Bizzy 2. Batman 3. Daisy 4. Rusuf All of us will be keeping a close eye on them until they leave! Congratulations to our Year 5 pupils Lexi, Daisy, Ciaran, Amadeo and Tyler who have art work based on Adoremus displayed in Westminster Cathedral. If you wish to see the fantastic work it will be on display until Friday 21st June 2019.
Year 2, 5 and 6 took part in African drumming sessions led by Stathis. They learned about the different pitches and tones the Djembe can produce as well as a song from Sierra Leone. Every child left the session with smiles on their faces! June Events
