Dominic - for writing a good story. Year 3: Holly - for reading fluently. Iyla-Mae - for being kind. Year 4: Serena - for improving her reading accuracy by 20%. Ethan - for working hard in phonics. Year 5: Opal - for good efforts in P.E. Tyler - for good efforts in P.E. Year 6: Zoe - for being selfless . Aiden - for becoming more confident. Playground Awards: Olivia (Rec) and Manon (Rec) - for being good friends and playing well. Lunch Awards: Julia Yr1 - for trying new foods. Teddy C Yr2 - for eating vegetables and salad. Well done to you all, keep up the good work! On Friday 12th May the whole school celebrated King Charles' Coronation. The children came to school dressed in red, white and blue colours and enjoyed an afternoon filled with fun coronation themed activities. They sang songs, played bingo, designed a coronation plate and took part in a quiz and a penalty shoot out. Thank you to all of the staff who helped make it a successful day!
In the lead up to the King's Coronation, the school council ran an art competition in which the whole school was asked to design and create a portrait of King Charles.
