2020-2021

Year 1 Home Learning Day

18/12/2020

Good Morning Year 1

I can't quite believe that we have already finished the first term in Year 1. Every day this term you have impressed me with your enthusiasm, perseverance and resilience, so well done you! Now is your time to wind down and relax over Christmas so you can come back in January ready to learn some more.

Here is some extra guidance for your home learning day today, but I have one rule: HAVE FUN!
  • Log into Purple Mash: https://www.purplemash.com/login/
  • Find our school: E3 3ER and go to our school's portal.
  • Type in your log in details which were given to you on Tuesday.
  • Check your alerts for the activities set.
  • Complete the Christmas activities and have fun doing so. You could play some Christmas music in the background while you work!

Your activities are:
  • Create a Christmas card online using the template (English)
  • Read numbers to 20 (Maths)
  • Can you create your own Nativity scene? Watch the Nativity videos to help you (R.E)
  • Decorate your very own stocking (Art)

I will be able to see your work as soon as you complete it and I will write a message back to you!!

Here is a challenge:
Can you count how many baubles are on the Christmas tree?

If you have any questions or queries please email the school on:

Have a lovely Christmas break - you deserve it!!
