Paul Sturgess, a British former professional basketball player and ex Harlem Globetrotter visited the school last Tuesday. He was officially measured by Guinness World Records in November 2011 at 7 ft 7.26 in (2.32 m) and was the tallest player to ever play for the Globe Trotters. Paul led an assembly and then held workshops with every class. He showed off his basketball skills as well as talking to the children about difference and perseverance. He truly was an inspiration.
