Year 5 visited Woburn Safari Park as part of their study of the book 'The Last Wild.' The weather was glorious and the animals did not fail to amaze us. We saw rhinos, monkeys, giraffes, antelopes, bears (and their babies) lions, tigers, parrots, meerkats, a turtle and elephants. We went to 3 workshops and found out about how the animals live in the wild, what they eat, how they are being conserved and we realised just how intelligent many of these animals actually are. A great day was had by everyone.
