Happy Friday Everyone!

You have made it to the end of another week of learning from home. Do you find you are getting into the swing of things more now?

Here are your activities for today:

Reading: 
Read the book 'Beast Feasts' again from cover to cover.

Then answer the questions from the explorers page (you can also see these here). 

Can you find out whose tongue is in the picture?

Phonics: 
Phase 5, 'i'. This is another letter than can make two sounds. Today we will find out that the letter 'i' can make a short sound like in 'sip', but also a longer sound in words such as 'find'. 
In school, when you see this sound, we would say 'i, i, find the child'.

English: To sequence and plan my own story.
Today I would like you to look back at your work from this week, specifically your plans. 
Can you tell your own story from the plan you have created? Practise telling your story using your plan. 
Is there anything you would like to edit or add to it?
 
Use today’s time to do this.
Next week we are going to use our plan to write our very own story!
